Boisterous comeback this past week end in Muro Leccese for the KF3 driver Simone Favaro, starting in 4th position at race 1 and exiting soon because of an unlucky accident. Having to start 28th at race 2, he did a resounding recovery showing all his ability and the performing alliance between the Parolin chassis and the XTR engine.
If already at his very first race in KZ2 in Sarno, the Italian Federico D'Amico turned out to be a capable driver, he reconfirmed his skilful in Spain and back to Italy at the 3rd round of the WSK. The very satisfying qulifying heats but also the unhappy running into a Maranello kart during race 1 gave him the 12th position at the race 2 starting grid. What led his 8th final classment? Definitely the new Eurostar steering column with the adjustable Ackermann handed a lighter driving and a much more precise steering, and the extra long 125mm hubs aided the rear-wheel drive of his gearbox equipped chassis.
