ACADEMY TROPHY
Just having a look at the results of Academy Race 1, people could have an idea of what kind of races took place in Alcaniz at the Motorland Aragon Circuit: there were lots of drivers, coming from all around the world, among this new CIK-FIA category which requires the same chassis and engine, guarantees amazing battles due to the extremely constant performances of the karts.
The Greek Fillipos Kalesis won Race 1 by running a fantastic last lap in which he gained two positions and achieved the first place.
The winner of Race 2 was Stefan Amweg, from Swisserland, who absolutely dominated this round taking advantage from the persistant overtakes made by the drivers backwards.

U18 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Not even U18 drivers were stopped by the hot weather!
The weapon of the first classifieds has been the cleverness: we're talking about Stirling, Suninen and Poletto who have been running away from the group during all the laps without any crashes or overtakes that could have made them lose advantages. Excellent was also Jake Dennis race, with a gorgeous recovery and author of one of the fastest lap in race.
A awesome recovery was made by our lady in helmet as well, the Italian Chiara Poletto; Parolin Motorsport is proud of her results! Bad luck for our other drivers, involved in penalities or crashes.
The final classification of this category is still open, presenting jake Dennis and Teemu Suninen at the top with the same points. Looking forward for Val d'Argenton...

WHAT ABOUT THE ENGINES?
Well, somebody might think that with a 42°C degrees temperature, engines could have serious problems but... it just wasn't like that!
With the support of AM Engineering (in the photo Albino Parolin and Mario Lorenzi from AM) and the dedication of FIM experts, the engines showed stunning performances (in both categories) and high realiability.
FIM new technologies are very appreciated and race by race the engine is gaining more and more credibility.
There's a great satisfaction in the paddock, both from FIM and constructors!
