The latest XT40 is based on an evolution of our state-of-the-art 40mm vehicle which presents an extreme heavy duty rental kart capability, being at the same time a kart breed made to perform, as all PAROLIN RACING KART products.

Tube cutting and welding are performed using laser technology machines and tube bending with CNC fully automatic machines.
Chassis are made of seamless special Cr-Mo steel tubes of 40x2 mm in diameter.
With unscrewing accessible bolts, the axle and the rear brake can be easily removed.
This adds to the vehicle's ease of maintenance and repair. Axle is 40x5x1040 mm in diameter.
The Clutch Protection System avoids the simultaneous use of the gas and brake pedals increasing the clutch's service life.
The use of all round polymer bumpers allows the vehicles to slide one against the other at the event of collision.
